Our Puglia pelate almonds are perfect for preparing almond milk.

Being already lacking brown skin (tegument), it will enable them to soak for at least 5 hours, then drain them and blend them with water. To taste, you can filter the corpuscular part with a colander or a food cloth.

The bio peeled almonds of our farm are obtained with handmade, peeled and selected methods by hand one to one, to give you only the best of our production.

Advice of use

The peeled almonds are an appetizing and energizing snack, perfect for breakfast together with yogurt and cereals or to recover energy after physical activity. Enriched with taste and micronutrients first courses and salads and are ideal for use in small pastry shop.
