Vegan tiramisu with mandamisu

Recipe for three glasses


Petit type vegan biscuits
1 mocha small coffee
cocoa just enough

For custard:

70 g of sugar
35 g of flour
350 g of vegetable drink (also with vanilla)
1 Limone zesta
1 small tip of turmeric
1 pack of mandamisu


Prepare the custard by putting all the ingredients in a saucepan: sugar, flour, drink, lemon, turmeric and simmer. After two minutes, when the cream begins to solidify (you will have to continue mixing in order to avoid the formation of lumps), pour the a bowl and cover in contact with cling film, leaving completely cool.

Then mix the cream with mascarpone vigorously to form a smooth and homogeneous cream. Put in Sac to few.

Once the coffee is ready, pour it into a bowl until complete cooling, and then, to your taste, sugary.

Immerse the biscuits in the coffee and form layers, alternating them with the cream until they fill three glasses evenly. Just before serving, sprinkle the surface with the cocoa.

We recommend that you rest in the fridge for a few hours, even better if a whole day before you use.
